Wie immer etwas versteckt auf der Bwin Seite gibt es einen Newsflash zum neuen Client Release, leider ist dieser nur auf Englisch aber zumindest hat es bis jetzt jeden Tag einen eintrag gegeben. Es liest sich aber eher wie ein Beschwerde – Beschwichtigungs FAQ. Bwin Poker verteidigt auch noch offen Fehler und gesteht dann aber wieder Besserung ein das im nächsten Release alles besser wird und sie sehr hart an den Neuerungen arbeiten.

As you are all probably well aware we have recently deployed our new poker client. Unfortunately we are currently experiencing some issues that we are obviously working very hard to resolve. These issues are as disappointing to us as they are an inconvenience to you and for this we would like to apologize.
Our new poker client by design will allow us to add features and carry out maintenance in a much more responsive and agile manner. So we are looking at releasing functional additions shortly with minimum disruption.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank those of you who have given, and are giving us, constructive feedback. Your feedback enables us to best evaluate which updates are the most pressing from the player perspective.

Looking for Mini-Tables?
Instead of Mini tables we now have resizable tables. Table resizing is simple and instant. Just drag the table to the required size with your cursor
Adding full screen?
We would like to thank you for your feedback and add that we are working on a full screen feature that will be available very soon.
Looking for waiting lists?
Unfortunately waiting lists are currently unavailable. We are working hard to include them in a future release. In the mean time, use quick seat (found when clicking the bwin logo in the left corner) or the lobby filters to find the tables you are looking for with availability.

Tables popping up?
We are working hard to add the function that will allow you to deactivate this pop up.
How many players are online?
The number of players online can be found at bwin poker home page.
How to find Poker statistics?
We will currently only store the hand history for the downloadable client (running on a PC or a Macintosh). These are stored locally (Player’s PC/MAC) for up to 100 sessions. The hand history is in text format and can be read in any text editor, e g Notepad. The data can also be read by 3rd party tools in order to extract certain information, e.g. statistics.
The Hand history is located in the following folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\USERxxx\Local Settings\Application Data\P5\bwin\handhistory
Please note that we do not guarantee the correctness of the information given to the player by a 3rd party program.
Also, although it is unlikely to cause problems, we still do not guarantee that the poker application will function as intended when run “side-by-side” with a 3rd party program that accesses this data. How such a program interacts with our software is, of course, out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for any errors that occur due to such interaction.
How to find player notes?
During our poker games, be it Texas Holdem or another game, you can click on a player and choose player notes from the list of options that appears. In the box that pops up, you can insert text which can then be saved.

This will help you to remember how your opponents play in future. You can clearly view the notes at any time should you wish to review them. Simply click on the notepad icon next to the player whenever you see that player at your table in the future.
Player notes are located in the following folder:
WPC: C:\Documents and Settings\%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\\Resources
JPC: C:\Documents and Settings\%USERPROFILE%\P5JavaClientSetting\
All player notes have been migrated to the new client, however should you continue to have issues with your player notes, please do not hesitate to contact support.
What about Quickseat?
For the client, the quickseat feature is only available for cash game tables. Currently there is no quickseat feature for tournaments. We are looking into the possibility of adding this in a future release.
How to display the account balance?
Simply click “show account balance” in the top right corner of the poker client.
Tournament Refund?
